[Parking] Please park in our assigned parking space only. It can accomodate a large vehicle such as a minivan. [4 pm Check-in] Check-in time is 4 pm. [How to Check-in] When your reservation is accepted, we will send you the tourist information form. You must complete this form before your arrival. Maintaining proper records of our guests is required in order for us to maitain our business license. The detailed instructions will be sent to you via email as well as the airbnb message after your reservation is completed. [No shoes in the house] Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. [No Smoking] No smoking is allowed, inside or outside on our balcony. A smoking fine of ¥100,000/incident will be collected for any violation. [Garbage] If the trash bins get full during your stay, please notify us via message. Please do not discard them outside of the premises. Extra trash bags are provided in the kitchen. This rule may change for stays longer than a week. [Quiet Hours] Our quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Please be considerate of our elderly neighbors. [Turn off ACs] Please turn off the ACs every time you leave the house. [TV feature] Our TV is a tuner-less smart TV and only works with streaming services and chrome-cast. The local channels are not available. [Towels] We provide one set of bath towel and face towel per registered guest. We are not able to provide new towels every day as we are a home stay and not a hotel, and have limited access to the linens for our linen provider. In the apartment we provide a laundry machine, detergent and a hanging rack.
